Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted to order, with a production time of 10 to 15 business days. Once ready, it is shipped via insured carrier at no additional cost to any city in Colombia.
We ship anywhere in the world. International delivery time and shipping cost vary depending on the destination country; our advisor will confirm these details with you before dispatching your order.
When your jewelry is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number to follow it online. You can also message us on WhatsApp at any time to check the status of your order.
In accordance with the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2012), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 5 business days following delivery, provided the piece has not been personalized (engraving, special sizing, or any other modification made at your request) and is kept in perfect condition, with its original packaging and certificate.
Made-to-order jewelry (metal, gemstone, or engraving chosen by you) consists of unique pieces manufactured specifically for your order, so the right of withdrawal does not apply. These pieces are, however, covered by our manufacturing warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship.
If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, message us on WhatsApp with photos of the product and we will arrange a free inspection, repair, or exchange. To start any exchange or return process, please contact us on WhatsApp first.
